Casio CZ/ VZ/ FZ - Pro Series

Mac users have a look at SonicBirth.
It's an opensource graphical tool for making synths on the Mac.

Can anyone with some spare time please make a CZ emulator with it?
I desperately want a CZ synth with knobs, this could be it.

Page 13 of the CZ-101 manual has a very explicit drawing showing how
CZ waveform generation is done.

There is a book by Andrew schlesinger called "An Insider's Guide to 
Casio CZ synthesizers". It's chock-ablock full of CZ info. It's 
by "synthetic Productions". That may help.
