Static on output on cz 3000

I just recently purchased a CZ 3000. The midi works fine but the output from the synth itself has static. This is through line outs and headphones. I read about the DAC. Would like to get a service manual? The lcd display is also dead, was working when I bought it. I also own a cz 5000, cz 1000, and two dead cz 101's. These are really great machines. Thanks for any help.
