Value of a brand new VZ-1

Was just wondering if someone had an idea of how much a brand new VZ-1 would be worth straight out of the box. Vintagesynth.com has an est. value of $300-350. I know the actual values of synths are always a little higher than what they estimate. There's 2 ebay auctions currently up right now with "buy it now's" between $700 & $800 which seem crazy high to me. So if I had to guess how much it would be worth, Id say between $400-600. What do you think about this?
