Wow..wooden sides!! That's the first time I've ever heard of anyone doing
that to a CZ, that kind of mod is usually done by those maniacal analog
people! Did you do that yourself or did a previous owner? You should post
some pictures to the shared files area, I'm sure we'd all love too your CZ
deluxe.

Thanks for your comments. What's the "relais"? I like the idea
of trying to possibly (if that's what you did) bypassing the amp
section (?) & will consider trying to do that. I have a soldering
iron & I guess could search (any clues?) for the beginning of the
audio out path right before the internal amp.....

As for the difference between a deluxe and a normal CZ3000,
this one has wooden sides whereas the other few I've run into
were pure plastic. Really a great sound w/ the CZ3000.... I've

been able to get sounds out of it that are quite odd and
	wonderful.

Re: CZ3000 audio out is distorted. Anyone else exp erienced this?

2002-05-09 by orbitaldecay_99

Hi Everyone,
I threw up a few pics of my CZ-1 with
wood sides. Not done yet, still needs a
finish on the walnut.
http://www.geocities.com/orbitaldecay_99//cz1.html

I would like to hear more about the CZ-3000 deluxe.
Anyone else doing strange mods to their CZ?
I have been thinking about making a CZ10M, rackmount
CZ-1 and removing the chorus section and perhaps replacing
with a CZ-101 output amp. I have noticed the CZ-101/1000
seems to have a different audio range than the CZ's with
the chorus section. Anyone else notice this?

My other CZ project is making a black box out of a repaired
CZ-101. A smaller CZ-101 with just the display, MIDI in/out,
audio out, volume, power switch. No keyboard or panel switches,
and just a 9V battery for backup. Would be controlled from a
Casio AZ-1. I'll post pics if I ever get this done.
