I've been transporting it in its cardboard box for now. which is tedious to pack/unpack and doesn't offer much protection. and yes, the joystick is pretty delicate; I've already replaced mine. I've been looking around for different options. the best I've come up with is the Pelican 1750 (for about $160-ish) and a straight-up ATA flight case for $250. the Pelican is better because its cheaper and keeps moisture out (which is good in humid-as-hell Ohio where I live), but the foam is not the pull-and-pluck type. so it will take a bit of work to get something to shape around that joystick. the ATA case would be custom made to fit the synth (including joystick cutouts), but is heavier and costs much more. hmmm.....what to do.... please let me (and the Elektron-users group) know if you come up with something :-) Joe
