Yeah, I hooked it up like you described and it didn't work correctly. So using a Thru Box is necessary and simple. I'm using Evolver PC Sound Editor V 2.0.1, and I just got the key for Poly Evolver V 1.0.0 but I haven't tried it yet. I don't know the the difference between the Evolver & Poly Evolver version.
