I agree as well, I bought the one for the evolver and wish I had not. Very poor quality, poor interface, and absolutely no support for any issues that come up. I also assumed that the version that comes with the poly would properly handle chained evolvers/polyevolvers and it doesn't. I complained to dave about it when I got the poly, about having to wait for registration to go through, lack of response from soundtower, etc. I think if we don't speak up to dave he may not know there are real issues with soundtower and their lack of quality. I think it's one of the few blemishes in regards to the evolver/polyevolver. To bad there isn't a decent alternative at this point. --- In DSI_Evolver@yahoogroups.com, "Richard Scott" <richardscott@b...> wrote: > I agree with Stefan, its a real shame but like many I am just not using the > editor (PC) and regret buying it > > Richard > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "privat_joy" <privat_joy@y...> > Subject: [Evolver] RE: sucktower !!! > > > > Same expierience with Soundtower over here! > > This company is crap (but i don't think it is a real company, more a > > one man fake)! > > Also had the editor for MW and now for the poly-evo and the eVo. > > I had some questions in the past, but NEVER!!! gat any answer from them. > > When i recieved my poly last month, i wanted to register and get the > > returncode to set the software from demo into registered mode.
