Afaik Dave Bryce programmed mainly from the PEK panel. My contributions were programmed with the Soundtower editor on a PER. I would have tried the PEK panel too if I had had one at that time ;) Many patches are from older PER or Mono Evolver soundsets and were modified for keyboard playing and adapted to the new OS. A complete list of sound designers is in the PEK Manual.
