Might I interject that I've owned both Neutrik and Behringer patchbays, 
and both had various amounts of give, or wiggle, on the jacks 
themselves.  That's not out of the ordinary.  The Behringer pro 
patchbays I have work as they should.  Interesting though, is that most 
monster cables have a hard time getting plugged or unplugged from mine, 
all other kinds of nice cables have no issue, just monster.... makes you 
wonder...
