If you mean internal modulation, like assigning an LFO source to an Oscillator destination within the Evolver itself, then yes, I think those values are smoothed. When tweaking knobs on the Evolver, or from an external MIDI controller, you get stepped values. The manual says the Filter Frequency parameter has smoothing applied when tweaked from a knob, but I think that's the only one. Again, I'm not trying to be negative here.
