I've downloaded them and can't tell what bank and
patch number they're using. Can you help here?

I've uploaded two patches using the envelope follower as a mod
source. The first is an envelope filter filter. The second is an
envelope flanger.
Check them out and see if they (along with Ski's tips) work as a
starting point.
