When doing sync sounds on the Evolver, the basic pitch is delivered by the
master osc 2. Detuning osc 1 makes the cutting sync effekt, detuning osc 2
detunes the complete sound because osc1 fill as slave will follow the pitch
of osc2.
To intensivate the sync effect you should bigger pitch intervals on osc 1
for example more than an octave.
If you want the conventional detuning fx you need to add one of the digital
oscs with an analog waveform and detune this one. You can also fatten up a
sync sound if you use pulse waves and pulse width modulation. The sharp
cutting sync effect is stronger if the pitch of osc 1 is varied by an
envelope or an lfo.

Hope this helps.

Regards
Stefan

Very early in the morning here. Sorry for the many typos ;-)
