Hmm, try every mod destination except pitch ;-)

So, I shouldn't use pitch as a destination???? LOL! Just kidding.

Pitch is the most boring sequencer destination imho. You can still use midi
to control it ;-)

I did not realize this.... So, it is possible to control the pitch
of the 4 oscillators independently using midi? Please explain how to
do this. I thought it was only possible from the internal sequencer.
This would be very cool indeed.

Thanks,

Sayer

Hehe, alas no... well, unless you're a sysex fiend or you set the
assignable MIDI controllers to govern pitch of each osc. Too fiddly
for me...

You should absolutely *never* use the sequencer to control pitch.
*None* of the sequences I've programmed for the Evolver stoop that
low!

wow! this list is starting to get pretty elitist.

I mean, just think...I was using the Evolver as a creative musical
tool (with pitch as destination and all). what the hell's wrong with me?

I think the sarcasm didn't come through, I don't think Ski would
seriously imply that I am scum of the earth for my 10/8 sequence in
the evolver!!!  :)

<sarcasm>
There are now TWO "10/8" sequences in the v2 presets. Scum of the
earth!  Scum of the earth!
</sarcasm>

Ravi, unless I'm missing the mark, Joe's post was just a wee bit
facetious, too!
