Hi Chris, I use Cubase as host sequencer. Cubase sends midi clock to the interface port that is connected to the Evolver. The Evolvers Midi-Clock is set to "In". With this setup the Evolver step sequencer starts as soon as I hit the start button in Cubase. It is essential thzat your host software is able to send midi clock. What programs are you using ?
