Ok. I think I've found it. Tuning the MIDI voices isn't done in the Voice Edit mode where all the other voice settings are done for MIDI and non-MIDI voices (silly me). It appears to be done in the Utility Mode. I haven't tried it yet, but many of the same functions that are in the Voice Mode and targeted at built-in voices are the Utility Mode specifically for MIDI voices, according the manual. I need to read more and talk less. I'll tell you, if this gets any easier....
