OGD, who's going to be offline for a couple of days asked me to add that when using the TP100 with the Dtxpress II kit, the orientation of the rim triggers will be slightly off for the crossstick voice, so mounting one on the original Dtxpress rack in the same orientation as the TP65S won't quite work without turning it clockwise.
