It's just a badly written manual!� Seriously, it would be great to have the manuals available as a searchable .pdf , downloadable from Yamaha (or us). Perhaps midi-savy members could then add simple directions for getting connected. I've toyed with the midi thing but didn't get far due to the lack of real detail in the Yamaha manuals.

This is based upon RS232 serial technology.OK, I have no problem with this, I run a Korg X5D that uses a very similar host interface.However, regarding the DTXpress, Where is the driver?I am sure that this type of hook up requires a suitable driver, may be there is some new technologyhere that I am not accustomed to.
