Well... a Behringer KX1200 wont break the bank too bad at about $200.00 but 
does have some distortion at moderate sound levels and i have heard of a few 
failures.  I own one and so far I like it, as it's doing it's job.  I use it 
for practice at home.

I have heard more people say they love the Peavey KB4 than any other amp but 
it's also twice the price of the behringer.  If you want rock solid 
performance get the KB4.  If price matters and you not using it to gig but 
for home practice and monitoring, maybe give the KX1200 a try.

I'm sure others will recommend other amps also.
