Re: Drums @ church

2005-05-16 by zapaxe

Hi,

My best friend plays drums (acoustic set) in his church 'praise'
band in Colorado.
As far as I know, it's a full band set-up complete with guitars,
vocals, keys, drums, bass, etc...I 'thought' he told me they play
popular Christain songs. Not sure what kind?
Though I'm not religious, or a church goer myself, I told him about
the christian rock band 'Sonic Flood' after I bought the CD & he
imediatly new who they were.
Yeah, I hear of live bands in church all the time. My wife attends a
church here in Northern California and they also have live band.
My neigbor, also is a church goer, and actually happends to play a
DTXpressII kit.
New generations have come along, times have changed.

Steve
