Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

First Post.... I'd like to play around with Dextd before while 
waiting for the midi cables to arrive... I get the DEVICE ID error on 
my laptop, too.  Apparently need a virtual MIDI device like MIDI 
Yoke.  The MIDIOX site seems to be down and can't seem to locate a 
copy or alternative program... Any suggestions?
