Presumably you mean DTXpress III? 

When you say "stick noise", do you mean the sound of the stick hitting
the rubber or the sound of the hihat from the module in relation to
the other drum sounds?  If the latter then you could reduce the "GAIN"
in the trigger edit menu.  I am not sure about the RHH130, but I would
expect there is a gain pot somewhere on it, accessible with a
screwdriver.

Is the module trigger setup correctly?  It should be set up as PCY1 or
PCY2 depending on whether you have the PCY150S or PCY130S.  When in
the voice edit menu and you hit the bell or rim, does the display show
"rideE" or "rideC" rather than just "ride"?  Is it plugged into inputs
2, 6 or 7?
