first off i just replaced 3 of mine on my concertcasts, they lasted me
about 6 months, but i play them alot, and also record alot with them so
i guess i got some great use out of them. now on the question of
replacement heads subs. for the pintech ones i found a few at
musicians friend right now for under $20.00 each here's the links
rolands are $19.99 (i'm assuming that these are double ply heads)

harts dynamics control screen heads are $15.99 (these are just single
ply ones!!)

then there's the pearl rythym traveler heads for $7.99(these probably
wouldn't be the best choice though for the money difference it's
worth it for the harts or the roland ones!!)

about the trigger cymbals the only ones i know of besides pintech are
the visualites, and then the hart ecymbals , & ecymbal II'S which are
sweet but pricey.. they should have a better low-mid priced cymbal
out there though(that would be worth using that is!!)
hope this helps,
