Hi Anko de Hoop, The xpress does have a dual zone inout, it is the inlut labeled 9/10. The RHP12SD is a dual zone pad, and by using a stereo (TRS) cable, you could plug an RHP12SD into inputs 9/10, and it shoudl work. As for your question on getting a head and rim hit to work together, that also is possible. What you would do is program a normal snare sound for the head (on input 9 lets say), and a rim shot sound for the rim (on input 10). Then, when you hit them together, you will get both sounds. You could do this same thing with a TP80s, although you would need to use one of the stereo inputs (which are 1-8) for this type of pad. You would setup the head sound on the Padx (x=the input number you have it plugged into), and the rim shot sound on rimX. I hope this helps you, but ask more questions if you need to.
