Sometimes the inputs are locked out individually; that's why I suggested that you try another one. If switching the visulite to another input does the trick, maybe Mario can tell you how to retrain the kiti input by input, without having to do a universal re- initialization to factory settings, so that you won't have to start everything from scratch again.
