Re: Looking for DTXpress II , MIDI help

2003-02-24 by liberatusvirus <liberatusvirus@yahoo.com>

Hi Brett,

The last thing any of us want to do is start blaming anyone for
anything. We've been working on this problem for a long time, not to
mention the time that we've spent making similar connections on
other modules, Yamaha and others. The reason why we think there may
be a flaw is because we've exhausted our options. There's always a
chance that someone will come up with something, either logically or
accidentally, that will remedy the problem, but the truth is, at the
stage of the game, no matter what happens, the DTXII module seems to
behave differently from earlier modules when asked to do the same
things. And oddly, PC sequencers don't seem to be affected so much
as a stand-alone midi interfaces. So go figure. We're all scratching
our heads about it, and we're all hoping that someone just forgot to
plug something in. God knows that happens often enough.
