Missing Sounds in my Digital Orchestrator part 2

Just to add something else I just encountered.  Not all pre-defined 
user kits send the sounds to my pc.  Maybe half of them do.  But 
that's it.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
