Although it's entirely possible that your problem with snare and 
kick is different from the traditional one, such a coincidence  
would seem to indicate a connection. What midi notes does the 
Digital Orchestrator assign to snare and kick? Those are the ones 
you want to match. Are you operating on Channel 10 out of the DTX?
