Yup, that could be the culprit. Drum machines are the default for a 
lot of devices. As I said, the dtx varied from the GM norm, at least 
so far as kick and snare note numbers were concerned (usually, GM is 
35 and 36 or something like that). You may have to do some tinkering 
with the numbers.
