Since finally getting my PM-16 to work (my fault, MIDIOT, don't you know) I have sucessfully set up several different patches, with different sounds. The different sounds all need unique note numbers. BUT I'm only adding four pads, and some sounds are the same on the various patches, so... so far there are plenty of un-used note numbers. Now, conceivably, since the DTX transmits, and the PM-16 receives program change info, I should be able to, with a second midi cable, be able to switch the PM-16 patch when I change the DTX patch. I'll let you know!
