I set the pad voice 1 to say C\018 (ridedrk1-volume 90) and voice 2 to say C\043 (Cup A-volume 30). I then set up the voice for the rim as say C\002 (crashac) and then set the "rim to pad" to "on". So, when I hit the pad I get C\018+C\043 and when I hit the rim I get C\018+C\043+C\002. (I am just guessing at the voices numbers.)
