Sounds like a DS10 racking system and pads with an Xpress brain instead of a
DTX v2. If that's true, then the rack will have more improvements than the
ones you mention, like very clever cast alloy bosses at the pivotal joints,
and excellent, multi adjustable cymbal booms. Possibly better kick tower and
high hat (though that's relative). Ask out Swedish friend, Jarmo.

I spoke to a guy a year ago in Toronto who described the exact same kit, and
gave me a price over the phone. But I never actually saw it. Anyway, for not
outrageously more than that 2250 figure I got the DS10 with the DTX brain --
a nice unit.

What part of Canada are you in, eh?
