Not too many people use "To Host." For one thing, MIDI isn't exactly 
rarefied air; most musicians have a soundcard or some other access to 
MIDI ports. Furthermore, the cable is notoriously hard to find. Most 
Yamaha dealers don't appear to carry it; maybe yours does, or can get 
it for you in a reasonable amount of time. If you do decide to 
exercise that option, the "To Host" driver is located in the Files 
section here. The other option is to connect a MIDI interface to USB 
and make all MIDI connections simultaneously. It will come with the 
appropriate driver.
