I use a custom kit which now has Mesh heads like the Roland V-drums and custom built triggers. OK so my triggers need a little work to fine tune the sensitivity (too sensitive right now) but all works very well. The DTXpress will support the V-drums but the mesh heads offered by Pintech (www.e-drums.com) are far cheaper and have had good reviews. -----Original Message----- From: Bartosz <pszczole@...> To: dtxpress@egroups.com <dtxpress@egroups.com> Date: 21 November 2000 20:56 Subject: Re: [DTXpress] Re: Problems with kick drum volume when recording (a little long) >> I like the set, but until I can solve this problem, I cant do much >> with it.
