Sorry I'm late catching up with your messages.  No, I haven't used 
the TBar but I understand it is good for sounds like cowbell or 
woodblock or sticks.  It also functions as an inc/dec pad to change 
kits, etc.
As for the clamp to attach to the rack, I have a Yamaha catalog which 
shows DTX components. For the BP80 it says, "Dual trigger electronic 
bar pad, compact tubular design, includes one stereo cable and arm 
for RS80 attachment".  So, I believe it should have everything you 
need.
