I just posted a review of Zenbals in the files section; reading it 
may help.
As far as angles go, my cymbals are set fairly low and at about a 30 
degree angle. I have found I get the best results by cranking them 
down pretty tight on the stand. I also hit them quickly and solidly, 
recoiling very rapidly. The stroke is quite different with that of an 
acoustic cymbal.
My settings are in the 85/25 range.
