The back button is a fact of life. Your options are:

To look at a list of the last dozen post or so, select View All 
Messages. Once there select your original post. At the bottom of 
your post will be others direct replies to your post and the replies 
to those posts and so on and so. But that works like a tree 
structure with branches to post going out in several directions, 
which requires the use of the BACK button.

You could go back and select/read your original post and then just 
select "Next" that will scroll you through all the posts to the most 
recent one. This maybe the easiest since most response come within a 
day of your posting.
