Ed, Thanks for the information. I think I was roughly correct in the differences. I haven't tried to buy one yet, and won't for at least a month, so I don't know about the supply situation. My plan is to get one around the end of March. If it turns out to be the III then I won't complain, but I wouldn't like to be waiting for ages for either.
