Hi... If u ask me u should tell ur neighbour 2 go fuck himself....he's obviously got nothing better 2 do..my DTXpress is usually situated upstairs and the noise downstairs is very minimal. I'm using a normal felt beater and Premier 2000 series pedal. 1 other solution is 2 use the hi-hat pedal as ur kick drum although this isn't the perfect solution. All the best and if u want, i'll send the boys round 2 have a "quiet" word with ur neighbour !!!
