Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hello folks,

After annoying setup I got the DTxpress to create sound through MIDI in Garageband.
(I am using turtle beach USB midi cords, apparently they need to be installed swapped on the 
in/out ports of DTXPRESS)

Now the mapping of pads to sound it produces is messed up.
It seems I need to remap the pads using util mode as described in chapter (5.*)

I am not following the instructions provided in the manual. Has anyone tried this out?

I am looking for some help.
