I would suggest you create a new trigger setup and take the self rejection and specific rejection parameter setting down to zero for the pads you are having problems with. The look for cross triggering and increase the specific rejection to eliminate that. Then look for double triggering (if any - I haven't seen it much) and increase the self rejection to eliminate that. I find it is worse to miss a beat than to have a small amount of cross triggering. Re-arranging the kit can help - e.g. move where you mount the hi-hat, if that is your problem pad. What pads cause the problems? Keith.

Keith.

I had this problem with my bass pad missing beats. I have a DTXPress II but I think the kick pad is the same? I thought it was me - hitting too hard. I listened to some of the posters' comments on here and altered the parameters (can't remember which ones - but it was pretty straightforward using the advanced manual). That seemed to do it. It's not done it since so I'm well pleased. It is VERY infuriating when it misses beats - especially when you play live! All the best. Mark
