Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hello all, great forum !  I'm  running a PCY150S cymbal thru a 
DTXpress module and can't get any volumn out of it.  Well there is 
sound but it's hard to hear.  Any suggestions ?

First, check the adjustment pot on the cymbal itself (underneath).

Check you have the cymbal set up correctly on the "trigger edit" menu
as the PCY150.

Then if it is still too quiet, adjust the gain (upwards) and MVEL on
"trigger edit" menu.

Unless you have the DTXpress set up otherwise, to get into the trigger
edit menu press "shift" and then "TRIG" while still holding shift
down. Then hit the cymbal and you should now be editing the settings
for the correct pad.
