Cubase or Cakewalk

Cubase or Cakewalk

2002-04-01 by scottishcammy

OK , I know I'm getting a bit ahead of myself here. I'll probably
spend a week or two drumming on the basic set without pressing any
buttons apart from the on/off switch. However, I'd like to know which
of these two products the group suggests using. Like, does almost
everyone have Cakewalk so there's loads of advice for it. I have VST
at the moment and have played around in it. I've never tried
Cakewalk. I've never managed to get MIDI working in VST (Not tried
very hard mind). Is it worth changing?

Cheers ma dears

I use cakewalk and I like it. The yahoo user group is
excellent. By the war the current version of cakewalk
Proaudio is called SONAR.
