woohoo! I finally got my DTXPRESS II!!!!! But my wife is being cruel and unusual by not letting me have it until my birthday. :( 3 more weeks. So now it's just sitting there in all of its boxes begging me to rip it open and plug it in. Where's the big fast forward button for life?

Gee, Don't most places have a 30 day return policy, or was a 10 day return policy... I really think you should open them up and play them daily for at least an hour a day. It would be reallllllly tragic to open up a "defective" birthday gift on your b-day...your wife would feel so baddddd.....you really must know if it works properly...... If that arguement doesn't work, then...... let's see.....oh yeah, tell her there is a "special" battery circuit that has to be activated within 5 days of recieving them or else it will lose all of it's sounds. Congradulations!!! My real suggestion is spend the next three weeks giving that fantastic wife of yours alot of attention to thank her for the wonderful gift...because once those boxes open up, she won't see you for at least three weeks afterwards, because between adjusting, playing and surfing this site for answers to all your new questions, there won't be anytime left for her. hehehe, I'll give it a try and see what she says. I *was* smart enough to take that entire week off of work though. Nothing but me and my set for a solid week to figure out the ins and outs of it.
