Just to chime in the amp questions. I was using a Crate PA system, model PD6000P, and speakers, PE15H, with my Yamaha set. It sounded great, especially on the high end. My son is now borrowing the system for his band so I'm back to my 1970's vintage Koss headphones. What won't we sacrifice for our children?
