AnnMarie, On my 2400, I have found that when I am printing on Hahnemuhle's Photo Rag 308 or Duo, or on Epson's Velvet Fine Art papers, I can feed through the top feeder but have to nudge the paper as it loads. I have no seen any loading problems with headstrikes with any of those papers using this technique. I have not tried the Bamboo, but the PRD and VFA are similar in weight. keithz http://kzarts.com --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "faeofavalon" <faeofavalon@...> wrote: > > Hopefully someone can help here? I have been using Hahnemuhle's bamboo paper for some time now with no problems whatsoever. I am using it with Epson's r2400, rear-feed. The rear-feed is not taking it now and even after cleaning the rollers, I am still not having any luck. I have tried a thinner paper and it seems to go through ok...any thoughts? > > Thanks! > AnnMarie > > www.annmarietornabene.net >
