Sorry! A lot of people think we're a great big company like MIS, but we are actually a very, tiny company of only 6, and we can screw up. You should have received instructions and I am very sorry that you did not. In the meantime - we do have installation instructions online here: http://www.piezography.com/PiezoPress/about/technical-support/ and a knowledge base here: http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl/c.362672/sc.15/category.27707/.f which includes OUR instructions on how to use QTR rather than the QTR method. We do things differently, but probably so as not to confuse other QTR users, Roy does not include our manuals with the download. I make all the K7-2880(medianame) curves in QTR and supply those to Roy for free. They can not be used in the same way as true QTR curves which can be edited, etc.. so please follow our workflow. You have not been sent the ninth ink...If you intended to print matte/glossy you should have a matte black and our photo black as well as a gloss optimizer rather than a piezoflush. I can not tell who you are without your name and we are selling quite a few 3800 and 3880 systems recently, so I can not check to see your order. I am very accessible and you can email techsupport (at) inkjetmall (dot) com sometimes into the wee hours of the night and get a response. You can also use jon (at) inkjetmall (dot) com and I can check to make sure you are getting what you ordered. This group here is more related to MIS ink products than Piezography and you will find more answers on the Piezography users list - which usually is quiet as Piezography generally works quite easy and automated and everyone simply prints.... It does make for a boring listserve, but look for answers to your questions here: http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/piezography3000 Best regards, Jon Cone Piezography InkjetMall.com --- In DigitalBlackandWhiteThePrint@yahoogroups.com, "ausdlk" <ausdlk@...> wrote: > > I just received a Piezography Warm-Neutral kit for a 3800. > > I received the following eight bottles of ink: > > PZK7-WN-8oz-1 > PZK7-WN-8oz-2 > PZK7-WN-8oz-3 > PZK7-WN-8oz-4 > PZK7-WN-8oz-5 > PZK7-WN-8oz-6 > PZK7-WN-8oz-7 > PZMPS-16oz-GO > > Unfortunately, I have nine cartridges to fill. > > I did not receive any instructions on what ink goes in which cartridge -- and worse yet, it looks like I'm missing a bottle. > > Anyone have any experience with this ink set and a 3800? >
