Re: how to fill 3800 cartridges with Piezography Warm-Neutral inks -- HELP

2010-06-09 by piezobw

I just found you by looking at all the 3800 orders. You're David and you got the custom setup for gloss only.

Okay to get up and running quickly just put about 2oz of GO in the unused cart. Refer to the shade positions on the tech page I sent you but put shade 1 MPS Black into Photo Black position.

Our glossy method is printing through the curve for your paper - and we set you up for printing on Epson Exhibition Fiber. Then quickly hair dry it and overprint with the GO curve. We have a unique method for printing with the GO. This will eliminate all of the gloss differential so paper white is as glossy as any ink tonality. And you will see that the ink seems to finish developing out after the overprint. The two curves are dependent upon each other for the final effect.

If you have any questions about workflow - contact me. It really is not difficult but it is not something to do on your own.

Sorry again for the screw-up. We shipped this one from here rather than our fulfillment house. They always include instructions...we should have!!!

Best,

Jon
