Digital BW, The Print

Do any of you have experience with this combination of Ink and paper?
Mueso Silver Rag is advertised as glossy paper but I have tried a
small sample print on my Epson 1400 even though I believe it is recommended that this ink NOT be used with any paper but matte paper.
I very much like the depth, definition and tone of the sample print.
Should I or should I not use this printer, paper and ink combination?
Could it possibly damage my printer?  If Paul Roark is reading this
thread, I would like your comment as well as others who may be using
this set-up.  Thanks to all.
