For site moderator: I'm having a great deal of trouble with an inkset ordered from MIS associates, ordered the UT7 set, received a ARC inkset, none of the MIS workflows list this ink, and the UT7 profiles and workflows from Paul R. do not work. I removed the yellow ARC placed cartridge, and now have a red light and unable to print at all. Sent query to MIS support, as well as telephoned, no answers. Thank you, Bob
