MIS ink supply closed down?

MIS ink supply closed down?

2010-07-09 by bobgrier62

For site moderator:

I'm having a great deal of trouble with an inkset ordered from MIS associates, ordered the UT7 set, received a ARC inkset, none of the MIS workflows list this ink, and the UT7 profiles and workflows from Paul R. do not work. I removed the yellow ARC placed cartridge, and now have a red light and unable to print at all.

Sent query to MIS support, as well as telephoned, no answers.

Thank you,

Bob

Damn! I just placed an online order with them. Don't tell me it'll be screwed up or wont come. I was planning to try printing some B/W on a c86 just to see what they'd look like and if I liked them. Harry

When did you leave a message, and when did you email them? I've been
getting emails from them regarding recently sales they were having up to a
couple days ago. They are a small operation and may have taken a summer
vacation for a few days or something....

We have placed several orders in the last few weeks with no problem and e-mails to support were answered.....are they one of the companies that shut down for a couple of weeks vacation??

I've had good service from them. They are in the process of moving to a new wharehouse so there could be a temporary delay.

Well this rumor should now be squashed. Just got a moving announcement email and promotion from MIS:
